The desk employee is very upset me! She just hang up the phone during i am complaining that the taxi doesn't come on time! Its very very rude! I regular having a Taxi every week. Often that the taxi doesn't pick up me on time and i never ever complain, but this time i do. But the dest employee is un-respectable and bad manners of services. And somewhere last month the taxi arrived in front of my house Instead that he should walk to the door and press the door-bell to let me know he arrived but He standing front of his car and playing his phon! I was just curious where the taxi was so i open the door and then i saw he just playing his phone in front of his car And yes that cause me late just because i have no idea the taxi standing in front of my house! Then I got a complain from the dest employee, i was tried to explain to her but she not even listening and blamed that was my found and cause the other appointment late. That was my first up set with her and yes this morning is happened again.

The driver of this company decided to stop abruptly on a priority road to allow a pedestrian to cross, even though there was no zebra crossing. As a result, we, as well as the traffic behind us, had to brake unexpectedly and sharply. This unexpected and unsafe situation gave me reason to sound my horn. Instead of accepting the signal (possibly apologizing) and continuing to drive, the driver deliberately waited longer and then put his vehicle in reverse, deliberately driving towards us. The entire event was captured on dashcam. I trust this is an incident not representative of the standard of your drivers. In my opinion, a professional driver should act in a safe and responsible manner, especially when a customer is in the passenger seat. Mistakes can happen, but not wanting to face them and provoking others should not be possible.

What a company. You're quietly waiting at the hospital and someone honks. The driver immediately comes aggressively towards us and starts talking big, saying that I don't belong there etc. I also said that I didn't honk, but this woman didn't care. If I had to go on the road with a driver like that, I would choose another company.

Very grumpy driver who was very rude at the VUE in 's-Hertogenbosch to us, and other people who got in and our friend with his broken mobility scooter. The control center thought it was no problem that a car came and took the mobility scooter with it. Our friend would have to figure it out for himself next time. Other people who came along were not allowed to pay in cash but by card. When I gave the man a friendly pat on the arm and told him to put my friend down safely, the old man went completely crazy that he broke up with him himself and I had to stay away from his paws because he doesn't like people touching other people. (Although it was meant in a friendly manner) Once home I heard that he had continued to tell our friend that it was not normal to have to take a mobility scooter with him in this way. It is not without reason that our friend is left with a mobility scooter after cancer and a stoma? We are so furious about this that we do not accept this and certainly expect an apology!

Rude drivers to older ladies! Do not book rides here
